How to access services in the Holy Trinity Team Ministry

Social distancing guidelines mean that we need to limit the number of people/bubbles who can attend our public services. We are also requested to keep track of who has been at services to assist the Track-and-Trace process.
This means that you need to let us know if you want to attend a service. If we don’t know you are seeking to come there may not be not room for you. You may be faced with a “Church Full” notice.
We hope the process for booking in to a service is straightforward:
- Look at the services available across the team at holytrinityredditch.org.uk/services/ . This will provide the dates, times and types of services being offered.
- Select the service you are interested in attending. This will take you to an Eventbrite page where you can Sign Up for the service. At present you can book one week in advance.
- If there are places available you can book in – Click on the REGISTER button.
- Enter the number of tickets you need. Please book for your bubble, each family member does not need to register separately. Click on the REGISTER button to continue.
- You now need to enter you name, email address and phone number. The form then asks you to confirm that you’re free from Covid-19 symptoms etc. When you have checked all the required boxes you can continue to register.
- Confirmation will be emailed to you or can download and print your ticket from the page.
- It is helpful to bring your ticket when you attend the service – either printed or on an electronic device.
- IF YOU BOOKING FOR A FRIEND who does not have Internet access then please register with your email address but enter their phone number.
IMPORTANT
If your circumstances change: please do use the link in the confirmation email you receive to cancel your booking. This will free up you reserved places for other people.
